Shipping policies

Processing & shipping times

When you buy a physical item from our online shop, we will pack it and ship typically within 3 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays. We usually ship with DHL. Usually the package will be delivered within a few business days, but delays are possible and out of our control. If you have not received your purchase within 10 days, please get in touch. 

Please double check your delivery address at checkout: if the parcel is shipped back to us due to a wrong address or failure to pick up, we can only send it again upon charging of the new shipping price + the return cost (carriers charge us if the item is sent back to us).

Local pick-up

If you live in Berlin, you can choose "pick-up" at checkout and you will be able to come and pick up your purchase at the studio during our opening times. 

Tracking

Some small items can be shipped without tracking. Please refer to the options at checkout.

Returns

You are able to return a physical item within 14 days of receipt you will be awarded a full refund. The customer will ship the item back at their own costs. 

Classes, workshops, open studio, firing service, gift cards are all excluded from refunds as per our refund policy. 

Customs

If you live outside of the EU, you may have to pay custom fees and or/handling fees. These will depend on your country and are solely within your responsibility.
